The physicians of Family Health Group invite you to create an account, which will allow you to perform such functions as appointment requests, filling out health forms, and making online payments. If you are a new patient, please fill out the health forms before coming to any office. This will save you time and get you into your appointment quicker. Appointment Requests are available for all clinics except the Mt. Pleasant office. The Online Bill-Pay option is available for all FHG sites. Some new features will be added such as Prescription Renewals and Lab Results through confidential email communications.

At Family Health Group, our patients and their medical needs are very important to us and we are committed to providing the quality care they deserve. Family Health Group is an affiliate of Maury Regional Hospital and St. Thomas Hospital, created in 1996 to increase access to primary care in southern Middle Tennessee. There are 7 practice sites located throughout Maury and Marshall counties.
Our physicians are trained and board-certified in the specialties of family practice, internal medicine and pediatrics. In addition, there are well-qualified physicians' assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses and office staff ready to assist you in your health care needs.
